What is JobArmor?
JobArmor is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered company research directly on LinkedIn job listings. It helps you make informed career decisions by analyzing company stability, culture, and potential red flags.
How does the free tier work?
The free tier uses your own Google Gemini API key (BYOK - Bring Your Own Key). You can get a free API key from Google AI Studio and use it directly in the extension.
What do I get with Pro?
Pro subscribers get unlimited AI research powered by our servers, Google Search grounding for real-time data, advanced stability insights, and priority customer support — all without needing your own API key.
How do I recover my subscription after reinstalling?
Go to the Recovery page, enter the email you used during payment, verify with OTP, and your subscription will be transferred to your new installation.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Razorpay account. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We only store your extension UUID and email (for subscription purposes). We don't store your search queries, company research results, or any personal browsing data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Navigate to any job listing on LinkedIn as you normally would.
Click "Research Company"
The extension adds a button to each job listing. Click it to start AI research.
Get Instant Insights
View company overview, stability analysis, recent news, and interview tips in the side panel.
Privacy Policy
Data We Collect
- Extension UUID: A randomly generated identifier stored locally in your browser to identify your installation.
- Email Address: Collected only during payment, used for subscription management and account recovery.
- Usage Logs: Anonymized request counts for Pro users (for rate limiting).
Data We Don't Collect
- Your browsing history
- Company research queries or results
- LinkedIn profile data
- Any personal information beyond email
Third-Party Services
- Google Gemini: AI processing (queries are not stored by us)
- Razorpay: Payment processing (handled securely by Razorpay)
- Supabase: Database and authentication
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Contact us to request data deletion.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure API authentication, and Row Level Security in our database.
